How long does it take to get our photos delivered?
Delivery depends a lot on the wedding calendar I have on my agenda. Even in the busiest periods I try to make the delivery in two or three weeks. However I always send a short selection of photos on WhatsApp quickly so you immediately have a memory of your wedding.
Do you have a recommended videographer?
We are a complete team.
You have the possibility to choose between different videomakers, depending on the various availabilities, prices and different packages: two videomakers, drone etc .. Having said that, I have no problem working with a videomaker of your choice.
What if we're getting married abroad?
As you already know, I live in Italy. In Rome. All locations easily accessible by car have no extra charge. In case I need to reach you abroad in your location we will find an agreement for the expenses.
How does the process work?
1. Fill out form
The first step is to get in touch, understand the various availabilities. Then with the use of video calls and chat you will explain your needs to me and we will find the solution that will satisfy you in full. Once the wedding date has been set, you will have to send me an email. To fix the date you will need to make me a bank transfer of 20% of the total cost of the service.
2. Sign Contract
At this point I will reply to your email by sending the contract to be signed. Once signed, you will need to send it back to me. In case of doubts we will be in contact to modify and correct the points that will be changed. Before the wedding day you should issue another bank transfer necessary to reach 70% of the total cost.
You can also do this on the morning of your wedding day, it's up to you.
3. The Big Day
The big day has arrived. We have already talked to each other and we know what are the times and the needs you will have. This is your day. My wish is that you fully enjoy it with your families and friends. I will be there at your disposal present and discreet to help you.
4. Photos
I will send you the files we have agreed upon, often there are more. Depending on my work schedule, most of the time I can send the photos within two to three weeks. In the following days I will send you a series of photos on WhatsApp, so you can relive your big day and share it with your loved ones. In case you have chosen to make a photo book with me, you will have to choose the photos from the files received then I will send you the digital copy before proceeding to print. For the video generally the times are longer due to the video editing. Now you have to pay the remaining 30% of the service. Happy life and honeymoon ...
